Professional service

Being a landload for the past 10 years, it has been refreshing to have found a property manager that listens and acts promptly to my requests or the request of my tenants.

They go above and beyond to lease my properties once the tenent has vacated, in turn saving my costs associated with days on the market. They are comprehensive with their follow up on inquires and reporting requirements with regards to entry/inspections and vacates reports.

If a tenent has an issue it is brought to my attention with options on how the issue can be fixed promptly, in turn keeping my tenets happy. I found they are current with the latest legislation in this dynamic environment evolving around COVID.

I feel i have a good working relationship with my managers and have found them easy to communicate with over the last 3 months. If you are a landload in the Brisbane/Ipswich areas and have had a bad run of property managers, i recommend you give Asset Advantage a go.

Selling an apartment in Sydney in the current market was always going to be difficult. But Colin Segal managed to secure an awesome outcome for us, and we are extremely happy. After seeing the property to purchase online I contacted Colin who arranged to meet me at the property. Pre-settlement

High level of efficiency and professionalism. During the pre-settlement inspection, Asset Advantage was just as strict as we were, on everything being right. When an extensive list of defects needed to be rectified, the Melbourne team attended the property several times to ensure these items had been corrected properly and even chased the developer when they weren't. Their efforts to protect our interests and ensure our future tenants would be able to move into a trouble-free property were first class. We could not ask for a better property manager, and would recommend Asset Advantage to anyone needing a quality agent.

Best Real Estate Agent We Have Found So Far.

My husband and I had been looking for a new place to rent in Brisbane for about a month and had met all kind of agents, most of them with an "I-all-want-is-to-close-this-deal" attitude, but then we met Anne and were quite surprised on how professional, honest and close she was.
