Switching to us is easy, as all you have to do is - 

1. Send your current property manager an email noting the following:
• I am writing to inform you that I am going through the process of changing the                  managing agent for my investment property. 
• Please take this email as the 30 days termination notice of my management.
• The new agency will be in touch with you to collect necessary documents and                     keys. Their details are:

• I have cc’d the property manager in the email who will be in touch with you. 
• Thank you for your service over the last few years.

2. Please cc us in on the email and we do the rest from hereon-in. 

3. We will complete the Change in Managing Agent Form and email it to your agent. This authorizes us to collect your property’s files from your existing property manager 

4. Once the relevant notice period is over as noted in your managing agency agreement - usually 30 days, the change in management follows. 

5. There is nothing more for you to do other than to complete and sign our Management Agency Agreement with your new property manager. 

6. Following our appointment, we will arrange for the collection of your property’s file from your existing property manager
