After seeing the property to purchase online I contacted Colin who arranged to meet me at the property. It wasn't just that he accommodated my requirements, its that it was all done with the minimum of fuss. When I saw the property I knew it was right but needed my kids to validate my thoughts. Once again it was no problem to get them over. To get to the point the property was exchanged a few days later. No fuss. When I tell people about my purchase they are all amazed how smoothly it went. I guess when you have professionals doing their job that's the way it goes.
