Being a landload for the past 10 years, it has been refreshing to have found a property manager that listens and acts promptly to my requests or the request of my tenants.

They go above and beyond to lease my properties once the tenent has vacated, in turn saving my costs associated with days on the market. They are comprehensive with their follow up on inquires and reporting requirements with regards to entry/inspections and vacates reports.

If a tenent has an issue it is brought to my attention with options on how the issue can be fixed promptly, in turn keeping my tenets happy. I found they are current with the latest legislation in this dynamic environment evolving around COVID.

I feel i have a good working relationship with my managers and have found them easy to communicate with over the last 3 months. If you are a landload in the Brisbane/Ipswich areas and have had a bad run of property managers, i recommend you give Asset Advantage a go.
